Maar laten we eerst even kijken wat ik voor deze Blog Hop heb gemaakt...
But first let's see what I've made for this Blog Hop...
Deze keer heb ik een projectje gemaakt met de Candy Cane Lane Suite.
Een Suite is een aantal coördinerende Stampin' Up! producten binnen een thema, zoals bijvoorbeeld design papier, lint, washitape, twine en een bijpassende stempelset.
This time I made a project with the Candy Cane Lane Suite.
A Suite is another word for some coordinating Stampin' Up! products within one theme, like designer series paper, ribbon, washitape, twine and a matching stampset.
In de jaarcatalogus, zowel als in de herfst/winter catalogus staan een aantal van deze zogeheten Suites. En deze week ben ik dus lekker aan de slag gegaan met de Candy Cane Lane Suite uit de Stampin' Up! herfst/wintercatalogus. Deze Suite sprak mij namelijk meteen aan, vooral door het kleurgebruik.
You can find several of these Suites in the Annual catalogue as well as in the Autumn/Winter catalogue. So today this week I choose the Candy Cane Lane Suite from the Autumn/Winter catalogue to work with. This Suite suited me well especially by the chosen colors.
Bij mijn Engelse collega en naamgenoot Crafty Caroline had ik een poosje terug een leuk doosje gezien gevuld met kaartjes, kleine kaartjes en labels. Dit project heb ik nagemaakt, maar dan in een kerstvariant.
A little while ago I saw a nice project on the blog of my English colleague and namesake Crafty Caroline. It's a box filled with cards, little square cards and tags. I remade this project into a Christmas variation.
In de catalogus stond een vrij eenvoudig maar super leuk kaartje gemaakt met de Candy Cane Christmas stempelset. Dit kaartje heb ik ietsje opgepimpt door de tekst uit te stansen en iets verhoogd op te plakken. Voor de kleine kaartjes, de labels en de deksel van het doosje heb ik het super leuk Candy Cane Lane designer Series papier gebruikt. Wat een geweldige set met kerstpapier!
In the catalogue I found an easy but super cute card made with the Candy Cane Christmas stampset. I pimped this card just a little by diecutting the sentiment and using some dimensionals to create some depth. For the little cards, tags and the lid of the box I used the superduper nice designer series paper. What a great set of Christmas papers!
De kleine vierkante kaartjes heb ik gebaseerd op de labels die je op pag. 4 in de catalogus staan afgebeeld. Je kunt namelijk in de catalogus zoveel leuks vinden en het is toch echt anders als je het zelf maakt, want dan wordt je er nog veel enthousiaster van!
The little square cards are based on the tags you will find on page 4 of the catalogue. In the catalogue you can find so many super nice examples, which are so fun to recreate. When you make them it's not the same as seeing them in the catalogue. You will get even more enthusiastic for sure!
